Starter Choice

Shrimp Poppers
Tossed in a orange basil sauce

Wild Mushroom Salad*
Arugula, red onion, bleu cheese, red wine sage vinaigrette

BBQ Pork Stuffed Hot Pepper Dip*
Served with garlic crostini

 

Entrée Choice

Pork Tenderloin*
Roasted with fresh pineapple, Thai basil, sesame teriyaki glaze served with jasmine rice and vegetable of the day

Seafood Stuffed Shells
Ricotta, mozzarella, crab, shrimp, salmon and scallops; with a saffron parmesan cream sauce

Filet Special*
Salt and caraway crusted with a horseradish red wine demi glaze, served with cheddar scallion mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day

Chicken Special*
Mediterranean style with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, spinach and feta cheese, served over cous-cous
