Starter Choice

Mussel + Clam Pot*
Green bell peppers, Spanish onions and diced tomatoes in a white wine lemon herb broth

Salad Appetizer*
Bibb lettuce, red onion, sautéed mushrooms, shaved fennel, goat cheese, fines herb vinaigrette

Seafood Salad*
Shrimp, crab, langostinos, salmon and red onion tossed in a lemon dill aioli

 

Entrée Choice

Sliced Sirloin Pasta*
Over a bed of fettuccini tossed with sautéed mushrooms, roasted red peppers and caramelized onions in a garlic parmesan sauce

Creole Shrimp Risotto*
Spanish onions, celery, green bell peppers and stewed tomatoes

Lake Victoria Perch*
Hickory smoked, lemon beurre blanc served with asparagus and a grain medley

Cajun Chicken Cutlets*
Over a bed of red beans and rice along with vegetable of the day with a langostino cream sauce
