Starter Choice

Blended cheeses and caramelized onions served with crostinis

Mussel Appetizer *
Pico de Gallo and cajun spice in a white wine lime broth

Romaine Boat*
Southwest ranch, avocado, tomato, onion, corn, cheddar jack cheese and tortilla strips

 

Entrée Choice

Lobster Mac + Cheese*
Langostinos cooked in a smoked cheddar sherry cream sauce with penne pasta, cherry tomatoes and spinach

Mediterranean Chicken *
Pan seared in a lemon wine sauce; topped with artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, Fontina and Parmesan cheeses with a side of rice pilaf

Steak Florentine Risotto*
Tenderloin tips, shiitake and portabella mushrooms, Spanish onion, spinach mixed with Fontina and Parmesan cheeses

Roasted Pork Tenderlion*
Wrapped with bacon and Ancho BBQ glazed; with sweet potato brie mashed
